叶志明（David Yap Chi Beng）

中國鼓浪嶼人, 後來移居馬尼拉, 現在與主同在。获美国普林斯敦巍斯曼特学院音乐硕士, 主修合唱指挥学, 声学。马尼拉联合教会荣誉指挥。一九八二年担任凶牙利国际合唱比赛评判员。曾获得菲文化中心全国青少年音乐比赛发起人奖牌。前任世界华人基督教圣乐促进会理事长。前任西澳大学音乐院国际音乐教育资料研究中心之研究顾问。其着作有：中国音乐理论作曲新解, 圣歌合唱指挥法, 看谱唱音27课, 让儿童欢乐歌唱, 成长中的歌声, 看谱唱调84课, 民歌调33课, 男童变声期研究、视唱五线谱VCD一,二,三课等。作曲方面有：长咏曲〔十架七言〕 。儿童诗班选曲集有请你来信耶稣, 让小孩前来, 生命的活水, 百合花。诗班颂讚曲有主是我亮光, 信实与慈爱。独唱歌曲集有主的爱。编曲有圣诞故事（儿童诗班与圣景） , 金钥匙（闽南语圣歌剧） , 以斯帖（闽南语／华语圣歌剧） , 闽南圣诗增订本主编。他现任〞华夏圣诗〞主编。颂音诗歌基金公司创办人。製作圣诗VCD,DVD等。(http://www.hymnkok.com/圣乐介绍书)

美国普林斯顿西敏寺学院音乐硕士, 主修合唱指挥与声乐 Obtained Master Degree in Music from the Westminster Choir College, Princeton, USA致力作/编曲、着作许多圣乐书籍、歌集华夏圣诗主编、创办颂音诗歌基金公司Editor of Hua-Xia Chinese Hymnal, founder of Song-In Hymnmaster Foundation Inc现任世華聖樂會会务顾问, 历任世华創会总干事及理事长之职, 美国普林斯頓西敏寺学院音樂硕士, 主修合唱指挥与声乐, 致力于圣乐创作, 作曲, 编曲, 著书, 出版合唱诗歌集, 华夏圣诗主编, 创办颂音诗歌基金会, 嘉惠服务于全球各地区华人教会。全備的聖樂葉志明教授(世華名誉主席,第21屆聖樂大會導師)。最新作品包括《悟性歌唱》、《Do Re Mi》和《诗班合唱基本功》。

David Yap Chi Beng Biography

A native of Kulangyu, China, who later migrated to Manila, and is now with the Lord. He obtained his master's degree in music from the Westminster Choir College-U.S.A. Major in Choral conducting and voice. He is Conductor Emmeritus of the Union Church of Manila; served as the panel of judges at the International Bartok Choral Competition in 1982 Debrecin, Hungary; was awarded the founder's plaque of appreciation by the Cultural Center of the Philippines National Music Competition for Young Artists; was past president of The World Church Music Association.

In Perth, he was the research adviser of the Frank Callaway International Resource Centre for Music Education at the University of Western Australia. His publications include Chinese Amoy Hymnal(edited); A New Theory of the Chinese Music, Basic Choral Conducting; 27 Lessons on Solffegio; 33 Folk Tune Solfeggio Lessons; A Study on Boys Changing Voice; Sight Singing Methods 1,2,3 in VCD. Let the Children Sing Joyfully; The Growing Voice; 84 Lessons on Sight Singing.
