SPK 539 Iman Umat Tuhan

1. Iman umat-Mu, hidup t’rus,
   Walau hadapi, aniaya;
   O girangnya hati kami,
   mendengar Firman yang mulia!

Reff: Iman umat-Mu yang kudus.
Sampai ajal kami setia!

2. Walau dirantai
   di penjara g’lap,
   Hati m’reka tak terbelenggu,
   keturunannya pun diberkati,
   walau m’reka harus mati

3. Teguhlah iman umat-Mu
   mengasihi kawan lawan,
   Dengan tutur laku
   penuh kasih,
   kami b’ritakan Firman-Mu.

4. Iman umat-Mu,
   saksi kuasa-Mu.
   menangkan s’mua bangsa
   bagi-Mu,
   Kar’na kebenaran dari Allah,
   memb’ri kebebasan sejati.

先 賢之信 , 萬世永存 ,
火中不滅 , 刀 下猶生;
我 眾思念 , 先 賢聖 蹟 ,
心中亦 覺 , 踴 躍奮興 !

Reff : 先 賢 之 信 , 聖潔堅貞 .
我 願 至 死 堅 固 此 信 .

二. 先賢之信, 為信犧牲,
身體被困, 心卻自由.
後人若能仿效先賢,
為信捨身何等美好.

三. 先賢之信, 為愛犧牲,
無論友敵, 我願兼愛.
溫柔話語, 善良生活,
竭盡所能廣宣此信.

四. 先賢之信, 彰顯神權,
引領萬民, 到主面前.
讓主真理, 廣傳無邊,
賜人自由, 助人信堅.

SPK 539 Faith of Our Fathers

1. Faith of our fathers, living still In spite of dungeon,
   fire, and sword; O how our hearts beat high with joy, Whene’er we hear that glorious word!

Reff: Faith of our fathers, holy faith!
We will be true to thee till death!

2. Our fathers chained
   in prisons dark,
   were still in heart
   and conscience free;
   and blest would be
   their children’s fate,
   tho’ they, like them,
   should die for Thee.

3. Faith of our fathers!
   we will love
   both friend and foe
   in all our strife,
   And preach thee, too,
   as love knows how,
   by kindly words and virtuous life.

4. Faith of our fathers,
   God’s great power
   shall win all nations unto Thee,
   and through the truth
   that comes from God,
   Mankind shall then indeed
   be free.
