1. Tenang rohku, Tuhan besertamu;
   Tanggunglah salib kepedihanmu.
   Percayalah pada pengaturan-Nya.
   Semua b’rubah, Dia tetap setia.
   Tenang rohku, Dialah sobat sorgamu,
   Lewat d’rita masuk nikmat sorga.

2. Tenang rohku,
   Tuhan besertamu,
   Pimpinan-Nya sempurna
   tak b’rubah.
   Jangan biarkan
   harapanmu goyah,
   Yang ters’lubung
   pasti ‘kan terbuka.
   Tenang rohku,
   topan badai mengenal
   suara Tuhan,
   penguasa semesta.

3. Tenang rohku,
   saat perpisahan,
   Di kek’laman,
   lembah air mata.
   Kenalilah hati
   dan kasih-Nya,
   Yang halaukan
   sedih dan takutmu.
   Tenang rohku,
   Yesus ‘kan gantikan,
   S’mua kehilangan
   dengan k’limpahan.

   saatnya ‘kan tiba,
   Kita ‘kan dihimpun
   bersama-Nya,
   S’mua kecewa, sedih,
   takut lenyaplah,
   Diganti sukacita sejati.

   kita ’kan bertemu.

一. 我 靈 鎮 靜, 上 主 今 在 你 旁 ,
憂 痛 十 架 你 要 忍 耐 擔 當.
信 靠 天 父 為 你 安 排 主 張 ,
萬 變 之 中 惟 主 信 實 永 長 .
我 靈 鎮 靜 , 天 友 最 是 善 良 ,
經 過 荊 棘 引 到 歡 樂 地 方 .

二. 我 靈 鎮 靜, 一 切 主 必 擔 當,
未 來 引 導 仍 似 過 去 一 樣,
莫 讓 何 事 動 搖 希 望 信 仰,
目 前 奧 秘 日 後 必 成 光 明.
我 靈 鎮 靜, 風 浪 依 舊 聽 命,
救 主 當 年 所 發 吩 咐 之 音.

三. 我 靈 鎮 靜, 摯 友 別 離 憂 傷,
身 處 淚 谷, 四 顧 黑 暗 茫 茫,
此 時 更 見 我 主 大 愛 深 長,
親 來 撫 慰, 是 祢 止 息 悲 傷.
我 靈 鎮 靜, 上 主 重 建 信 望 ,
一 如 往 昔, 教 你 剛 強 膽 壯.

四. 我 靈 鎮 靜, 光 陰 如 飛 過 去
那日與 主、永 遠同在一處,
失望驚 慌、 到 時 都要消除,
重享真愛 忘記 一 切愁煩.
我靈 鎮 靜, 那日眼淚 抹 乾,
將來 歡 聚、天家永享平安.

SPK 516 Be Still, My Soul

1. Be still, my soul: the Lord is on thy side;
   Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain;
   Leave to thy God to order and provide;
   In every change He faithful will remain.
   Be still, my soul; thy best,
   thy heavenly Friend Thro’
   thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

2. Be still, my soul:
   thy God doth undertake
   To guide the future
   as He has the past.
   Thy hope, thy confidence
   let nothing shake;
   All now mysterious
   shall be bright at last.
   Be still, my soul :
   the waves and wind still know
   His voice who ruled them
   while he dwelt below.

3. Be still, my soul :
   when dearest friends depart,
   And all is darkened
   in the vale of tears,
   Then shall thou better know
   His love, His heart,
   Who comes to soothe
   thy sorrow and thy fears.
   Be still, my soul:
   thy Jesus can repay,
   From His own fullness,
   all He takes away.

4. Be still, my soul:
   the hour is hastening on
   When we shall be forever
   with the Lord,
   When disappointment,
   grief, and fear are gone,
   Sorrow forgot, love’s purest
   joys restored.

   when change and tears are past.
   All safe and blessed
