Reff: Dalam Allah jiwaku tentram, Dialah penolongku.
Gunung batuku, kekuatan dan harapku;
Bentengku Allahku.
Dalam Allah jiwaku tentram,
kes’lamatan datang dari-Nya.
Gunung batu kes’lamatan hidupku.

因 祂 時 刻 護 庇 .
Yīn tā shíkè hù bì.
主作 我 磐 石 , 賜 我力量盼望 .
Zhǔ zuò wǒ pánshí, cì wǒ lìliàng pànwàng.
我 保 障 , 我王 .
Wǒ bǎozhàng, wǒ wáng.
一. 我 靈 恬 息 在主 慈愛裡 ,
Yī. Wǒ líng tián xī zài zhǔ cí’ài lǐ ,
救 恩 之樂 無 以 倫 比 .
jiù ēn zhī lè wú yǐ lúnbǐ.
主 為磐石 , 救 恩賜 予真活力 .
Zhǔ wèi pánshí, jiù ēncì yǔ zhēn huólì.
不 動搖的 堅 毅 , 靠主 堅 定不移 .
Bù dòngyáo de jiānyì, kào zhǔ jiāndìng bù yí.
二. 我靈恬息, 在主慈愛裡.
Èr. Wǒ líng tián xī, zài zhǔ cí’ài lǐ.
因祂恩眷時刻護庇.
Yīn tā ēn juàn shíkè hù bì.
主為磐石, 賜我力量與盼望.
Zhǔ wèi pánshí, cì wǒ lìliàng yǔ pànwàng.
作我永久保障, 信心堅定不亡.
Zuò wǒ yǒngjiǔ bǎozhàng, xìnxīn jiāndìng bù wáng.

Reff: In God alone is my soul at rest,
the God who is my help.
The Lord is my rock, my strength and my hope;
my fortress, my God.

from my God comes my salvation.
God is my rock, the salvation of my life.
