SPK 388 Selagi Muda

1. Selagi muda belia, ingatlah akan Allah.
   Gunakan yang ada, tuntut hidup yang cerah.
   Dunia semu dan fana, hanya Kristus nan mulia;
   Jangan hidup percuma, m’nyesal s’lamanya.

2. Selagi masa jaya
   berpaut pada Allah,
   Waspada berkarya
   agar tidak sia-sia.
   Hidup penuh sengsara
   waktu sangat berharga,
   jangan biarkan lewat
   bertangan hampa.

3. Selagi masa muda,
   berkarakter mulia.
   Hidup beribadah,
   hati terang bercah’ya.
   Ingin hidup lebih indah,
   melayanilah Dia.
   Jangan hidup percuma
   menjadi sia-sia.

4. Pada masa mudamu,
   patuhilah p’rintah-Hu.
   Jangan cinta dunia,
   mencari hal yang fana.
   Jagalah nafsu mata,
   Tuhan ikut menjaga.
   Pasti tidak sia-sia,
   dilindungi-Nya.

SPK 388 趁着年幼

一. 你當趁着你年幼 ,
Yī. Nǐ dāng chènzhe nǐ nián yòu,
記念造你的上帝 .
jìniàn zào nǐ de shàngdì.
用你青春活力 ,
Yòng nǐ qīngchūn huólì,
追求生命與真理 .
zhuīqiú shēngmìng yǔ zhēnlǐ.
世界榮華如煙如夢,
Shìjiè rónghuá rú yān rú mèng,
主乃是生命歸依 ;
zhǔ nǎi shì shēngmìng guīyī;
莫等白了少年頭 ,
mò děng báile shàonián tóu,
那時空悲戚 .
nà shíkōng bēiqī.

二. 你當趁着你年幼,
Èr. Nǐ dāng chènzhe nǐ nián yòu,
預備迎見你的主;
yùbèi yíng jiàn nǐ de zhǔ;
謹慎你的言行,
jǐnshèn nǐ de yánxíng,
凡事效法主基督.
fánshì xiàofǎ zhǔ jīdū.
今生年日又少又苦,
Jīnshēng nián rì yòu shǎo yòu kǔ,
光陰不能再虛度;
guāngyīn bùnéng zài xūdù;
莫等白了少年頭,
mò děng báile shàonián tóu,
空手回天府.
kōngshǒu huí tiānfǔ.

三. 你當趁着你年幼,
Sān. Nǐ dāng chènzhe nǐ nián yòu,
建立美好的靈性;
jiànlì měihǎo de língxìng;
心靈與主交往,
xīnlíng yǔ zhǔ jiāowǎng,
時時對主有感應.
shí shí duì zhǔ yǒu gǎnyìng.
光陰如梭瞬息即過,
Guāngyīn rú suō shùnxī jíguò,
事奉主當趁現今;
shì fèng zhǔ dāng chèn xiànjīn;
莫等白了少年頭,
mò děng báile shàonián tóu,
感嘆未盡心.
gǎntàn wèi jìnxīn.

四. 你當趁着你年幼,
Sì. Nǐ dāng chènzhe nǐ nián yòu,
全心全意愛恩主;
quánxīnquányì ài ēn zhǔ;
切莫貪戀世俗,
qiè mò tānliàn shìsú,
追求暫時的安舒.
zhuīqiú zhànshí de ān shū.
你若留意你的眼目,
Nǐ ruò liúyì nǐ de yǎnmù,
主必保守你腳步;
zhǔ bì bǎoshǒu nǐ jiǎobù;
莫等白了少年頭,
mò děng báile shàonián tóu,
一生無是處.
yīshēng wú shì chù.

SPK 388 While in Youthful Years

1. Remember Your creator,
   in the days of your youth.
   Use vigor of your youth,
   to seek after life and truth.
   World’s glamour’s like a dream and smoke,
   But the Lord is life’s refuge,
   Don’t tarry ’til years gone by,
   bleak and full of grief.

2. Prepare to meet your Lord God,
   in the days of your youth.
   Do mind your speech and deeds,
   exemplify Christ the Lord.
   This life is short and toilsome,
   squander not the precious time.
   Don’t tarry ’til years gone by,
   Meet God empty hands.

3. Build up excellent virtues
   in the days of your youth.
   Commune with God
   always maintain tender alert heart,
   the time is short and lingers not,
   serve the Lord even today.
   Don’t tarry ’til the years gone by,
   filled with rueful sighs.

4. Love God with all your heart,
   your mind, in the days of your youth.
   Relish not in this world,
   and all brief comforts it bring.
   Be mindful of your eyesight,
   God will keep you safe and sound.
   Don’t tarry ’til the years gone by, wasting all your life.
